Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over A$50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your costume:

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 24 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address at 3 Sale Street, KALEENTHA, AU 2800
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the quality and hygiene of our costumes for all customers, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Circus Costumes (due to intricate makeup and performance requirements)
  • Food & Beverages Costumes (due to their unique structural elements)
  • Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Costumes that have been altered or customized
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, here’s what to expect:

  • Inspection Time: 2-3 business days to inspect the returned item
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days to process your refund
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.
