Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your costume:

- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 24 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address at 3 Sale Street, KALEENTHA, AU 2800
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our costumes for all customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Circus Costumes (due to intricate makeup and performance requirements)
- Food & Beverages Costumes (due to their unique structural elements)
- Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling
- Costumes that have been altered or customized
- Items without original tags or packaging
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, here’s what to expect:
- Inspection Time: 2-3 business days to inspect the returned item
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days to process your refund
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after processing
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.
